INFORMATION

Here are our some information for the winter 2023-2024 in Hakuba!

Lift Tickets

We, Hotel Goryukan, have an IC card (¥100 per card), and a QR code for your access to the discounted price for Hakuba Happo-One Snow Resort at the Front Desk.

Process of Purchasing a Lift Ticket:

  1. Buy an IC card (If you already have one, skip to 2)
  2. Buy a ticket online (you can access the discounted price at the hotel)
  3. Follow the online purchase process to buy a ticket online and connect it to your IC card by entering the card’s serial number
  4. Go to the lift gate with your IC card. Have a great ride!

NOTE

  • The front desk opens at 7 am - 10 am/ 2 pm - 9 pm. Because of our front desk opening hours, we would recommend purchasing lift passes on the resort's official website or at the windows first if you are going to the mountains before checking in.
  • You can use your IC card to purchase other mountain online tickets as well as the Hakuba Valley Pass! However, our discount is applied only to Hakuba Happo-One Snow Resort.
  • If you are looking to buy the Hakuba Valley Pass, we would recommend following the Hakuba Valley’s official instructions so that you can get your free ride on the Hakuba Valley shuttle bus!


Shuttle Bus for Mountains

As a hotel, we do not run a shuttle service to go to the mountains. Please use public shuttle buses.

HAKUBA HAPPO-ONE SNOW RESORT (the closest mountain from Hotel Goryukan!)
To: Nakiyama 3 (chair lift)
Approximately 8 min walk from Hotel Goryukan, or take the free Happo Shuttle Bus [HP-1] ride from "Happo #3 Car Park"

To: Happo Gondola
Approximately 11 min walk from Hotel Goryukan, or take the free Happo Shuttle Bus [HP-1] ride from "Happo #3 Car Park," "Nakiyama Slope," or "Nakiyama Snowland"

To: Kokusai Slope (Evergreen Base)
Take the free Happo Shuttle Bus [HP-1] ride from "Happo #3 Car Park," "Nakiyama Slope," or "Nakiyama Snowland"

To: Sakka Slope
Take the free Happo Shuttle Bus:

Hakuba 47 WINTER PARK
Take the Hakuba Goryu Free Shuttle Bus [Route 24] and ride from "Happo No.3 Parking B" - approximately 1 min walk from Hotel Goryukan

HAKUBA IWATAKE SNOW FIELD
Take the free Happo Shuttle Bus (off to Iwatake Gondola):

Take the free Happo Shutle Bus (off to Tsugaike Gondola):

HAKUBA CORTINA SNOW RESORT
Take the Hakuba Valley Shuttle Bus [HV-B (Hakuba-Otari Line], and ride from "Hakuba Happo Bus Terminal" -approximately 8 min walk from Hotel Goryukan

Rental Shops

We have a wide variety of rental shops in the area depending on your needs. The closest one to us is Rhythm Happo (or Rhythm Summit Happo) which is only a 4-minute walk. But other options include Woody's, Central Snow Sports, and Spicy. You can read more about rentals here or on any of their websites.

Ski & Snowboard Lessons

Please sign up for lessons directly with the ski or snowboard schools. We leave the link here for ski and snowboard lessons at Hakuba Happo-on Snow Resort, the closest mountain from us!

Hakuba Do

You can get restaurant and shopping information in Hakuba, as well as a night-demand taxi service from the app Hakuba Do (More details here)

Night Demand Taxi

  • Business Hour: 5 pm to 11 pm every day until February 29, 2024
  • Price: 1 ride 500 yen per peson
  • The closest stop: #10 Happo Alps Open Space -approximately 3 min walk from Hotel Goryukan
