WEB ACCESSIBILITY
Hotel Goryukan’s website is designed and built with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), an international standard that aims to ensure equal access to online content for all users. We strive to provide an inclusive and comfortable web experience for as many people as possible. Please note that our website content is available in Japanese and English only.
ACCESSIBILITY IN FACILITIES & SERVICES
At Hotel Goryukan, we primarily provide guest services in Japanese and English. We also work to improve accessibility across our facilities and services based on the guidelines of the Barrier-Free Mindset Certification System recommended by Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

- An elevator (1 unit for guests) is available, providing access to all floors.
- The main entrance has 13 steps, but guests can be guided to a step-free entrance at the back of the building if needed.
- There is a set of five steps connecting the corridor and the entrance to the public bath area. While no ramp is installed here, handrails are available.
