SKI & SNOWBOARD LOCKER

A personal locker is available for each guest room during the winter season (Dec–Mar). Please use the locker that matches your room number.

Wearing Ski Boots:
Ski boots are permitted only at the main entrance, basement entrance, and basement floor. Please remove them when entering the elevator or the 1st floor and above.
DRYING ROOM

This shared room is for temporarily drying wet ski or snowboard gear. Please manage your items responsibly. This facility is available during the winter season (Dec–Mar).
RENTAL RETURN

Some rental shops allow you to return rented gear directly at the hotel, using the designated Rental Return Space. Please confirm the return procedure with your rental shop at the time of rental. This service is available during the winter season only (Dec–Mar).
LAUNDROMAT

Self-service laundry is available on-site. Free detergent is available near the machines.
Rates: Washing ¥200 / Drying ¥100 per 15 min

ICE SERVICE: We do not have an ice machine in the hotel, but if you need ice, please ask the staff at the restaurant counter. A small bucket will be provided on the spot.
VENDING MACHINES: Vending machines are available on the 1st and basement floors. The B1 machine offers alcoholic beverages.
LUGGAGE SHIPPING: Luggage shipping is available within Japan, including to airports. Please fill out a shipping label and bring your luggage to the Front Desk. Prepaid and postpaid labels are available.
FREE WIFI: Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Login details are included in the Welcome Guide provided at check-in.

Things to note

NON-SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel, including guest rooms. A designated smoking area is located outside, next to the main entrance. A cleaning fee of ¥20,000 will be charged if smoking occurs indoors.
HOUSEKEEPING: Housekeeping is scheduled every third day for stays of 3 nights or more. For 2-night stays, amenities are provided in advance and no cleaning is scheduled.
NIGHT ENTRANCE: The main entrance (automatic door) is locked at 9:00 pm. After that time, please use the night entrance next to it and enter the code from the Welcome Guide provided at check-in. Be sure to check and note the code before going out.
KEY REPLACEMENT: Please return all room and ski locker keys to the front desk at check-out. In case of a lost key, a replacement fee of ¥3,000 per key will be charged.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check-out is not available at our hotel. We kindly ask that you check out by 10:00 am.
FRONT DESK: Open daily from 7:00 - 10:00 AM and 2:00 - 9:00 PM. For any assistance, please contact us during these hours.
